These terms apply when you use My Fancy Cafe. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

The Service

My Fancy Cafe turns your selected photos into a vertical AI video based on a cafe scene. You can select from the cast and resolution options shown in the editor. Renders depend on provider availability and may vary in timing, appearance, and likeness. Check each video before you share it.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and contact us if someone uses your account without permission. Upload only material you have the right to use. Obtain permission from every adult whose likeness appears in a photo you submit.

You may not upload photos of minors, sexual or intimate images, or material that infringes another person's rights. You may not use the service for deception, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or abuse. Attempts to access other accounts or interfere with the service may result in account suspension.

Photos, Videos, and Publishing

You keep your rights in the photos you submit. You give us permission to process those photos and the resulting video as needed to fulfil your request, operate your account, and address abuse or support requests. This includes providing the necessary files to hosting and generation services.

Your use of a finished video remains subject to applicable law, the generation provider's terms, and any rights in the people, footage, music, or other materials it contains. When you post a video, follow the platform's rules for AI-generated content and music. My Fancy Cafe is independently operated. A credit purchase does not grant a license to the original clip, a soundtrack, or another person's likeness.

Credits and Payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased pack credits do not expire. Checkout shows the total charge and the credits included. The editor shows the credits required for your selected render settings. We return reserved credits when a job ends in a failed or canceled state. See our Refund Policy for payment refunds.

Account Closure and Consumer Rights

We may restrict or suspend use that violates these terms or threatens the security of the service. Contact us for account closure or to request deletion of your personal information under our Privacy Policy. These terms preserve the consumer rights that apply to you by law.
