Failed or Canceled Renders

When a generation job ends in a failed or canceled state, its reserved credits return to your account balance. The credit return can be used on another render. If your balance has not updated, contact support with the job details.

Credit Pack Purchases

Credit packs are one-time payments. We review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, undelivered credits, and other purchase problems. If a finished video is corrupt or shows the wrong subject, send us the job details so we can review the output and determine whether to restore credits or offer another remedy.

You retain any cancellation and refund rights required by the consumer laws that apply to your purchase.

Request a Refund

Open a support ticket or email contact@yourfirsttimeinafancycafe.app from the address on your account. Include the order number or video job ID and describe what happened. Keep your card details and password private.

An approved payment refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit appears. We adjust the credits associated with the refunded purchase.
