Copyright Notices

Use the subject “Copyright Notice” and include the following.

• Identify the copyrighted work you own or represent and the specific material you believe infringes it. Provide the relevant URL or details sufficient to locate it.
• Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and a physical or electronic signature.
• State that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use lacks authorization from the owner, its agent, or the law.
• State that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the right at issue or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We review complete notices and may remove or restrict access to the material. We may forward the notice to the affected user. Repeat infringement may result in account closure.

Counter-Notices

If you believe removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, send a signed counter-notice. Identify the removed material and where it appeared. Provide your name, address, telephone number, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification. For a U.S. DMCA counter-notice, consent to the applicable federal district court's jurisdiction and to accepting service of process from the complainant or their agent. We handle complete counter-notices as required by applicable law.

Likeness and Safety Reports

Use the subject “Likeness Report” if a video uses your likeness without permission or involves a minor. Provide the location of the material, your relationship to the person depicted, and a brief description of the issue. Share only the information needed to investigate.
