This policy explains how My Fancy Cafe handles personal information when you use the site, create a video, buy credits, or contact support.

Information We Collect

• Accounts and sign-in. We collect your name, email address, account settings, and sign-in records. If you use email sign-in, we store a password hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information.
• Photos and videos. When you submit a generation request, we process the selected photos, your cast and resolution choices, the intermediate files used for the render, and the generated video. Photo positioning on the homepage and image editing in the caption maker run in your browser.
• Orders and support. We keep order details, payment status, credit transactions, and messages you send us. Stripe processes card payments and returns the information needed to fulfil and reconcile the order.
• Device and usage information. We process IP addresses, browser information, session cookies, and security logs to operate the site and prevent abuse. We may record campaign attribution and events such as sign-in and checkout.

How We Use and Share Information

We use this information to manage accounts, verify email addresses, render and deliver videos, process purchases and refunds, respond to requests, and secure the service. We also use service and usage records to understand where users encounter errors.

Cloudflare hosts the site and can store account and media data. Email providers process recipient addresses and message content for account messages. Our generation providers receive the photos or derived references and render instructions needed to complete the request. Google processes Google sign-in and Stripe handles checkout. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. We may also disclose information to comply with law or respond to fraud and security incidents.

Your video history requires a signed-in account. Generation and downloads may use media URLs that can be opened by someone who has the link. Share those links only with people you intend to give access to.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, language preferences, consent, and attribution. If optional analytics is enabled, the site uses usage events to measure visits and improve the service. You can review the available choices in Cookie Settings.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain account, generation, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service and respond to requests. Payment and security records may be kept for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Copies held by service providers may follow their own retention schedules.

You can update your profile in account settings. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other rights available where you live. We may ask for information to confirm your identity and locate your account.
